In this experiential workshop, you'll be guided through powerful brain training and hypnosis strategies to reduce your stress, increase your ability to focus, boost your motivation, and overcome task paralysis (neurodivergent friendly!)

Why brain training?

Brain training is an umbrella term for tools that allow you to direct the changes that occur in your mind. In this workshop, you'll learn how to calm & clear your mind so you have greater mental clarity, train your brain's ability to focus, and create new, positive associations in your mind with areas of your life where you could use a bit more motivation.

We'll focus on three primary pillars of focus & motivation: regulation (reducing stress and overwhelm), ease (releasing effort & resistance to tasks), and reward (creating positive associations with tasks) through practices like self hypnosis, meditation, laughter yoga, and several others.
