HOSTED BY:
Brain training specialist & hypnosis practitioner, Emilie Leyes

We are living in a time where new "unprecedented situations" seem to arise everyday - naturally, that comes along with quite a bit of uncertainty, fear, and overstimulation. While constant information (and worry) often feels like the norm, it can be a lot for our nervous systems to process, especially as we are also navigating worry and challenges in our own lives.

In this experiential workshop, you'll be guided through powerful brain training and hypnosis strategies to soothe your experience of worry and anxiety, harness your inner strengths, and find more peace, calm, and a sense of safety amidst uncertainty and fear.

Why brain training?

Brain training is an umbrella term for tools that allow you to direct the changes that occur in your mind. In this workshop, you'll learn how to calm your mind so you can shift how you respond to challenges and worries in your life, so you can ultimately have capacity to enjoy more of your life.

In the workshop, you'll apply brain training tools specifically to:

  • Come back to the present moment when your mind is racing about the future
  • Show your brain what it's like to feel safe in this moment
  • Ground yourself and calm your nervous system so you're able to calm down quickly in moments of panic
  • Access your inner strengths that can help you face the challenges in your life
  • Harness the skill of "productive worry" using self hypnosis and visualization

 What you'll get:

✨ Access to the full workshop replay (closed captions available)

✨ A downloadable mini brain training handbook that outlines the practices covered in the workshop (PDF)

✨ Guided hypnosis recording (MP3)
