By booking one-time sessions, you can either choose the current month’s theme, or select a workshop from my library.
SIX MONTHLY WORKSHOPS TO PROVIDE ONGOING, MORE EFFECTIVE SUPPORT FOR YOUR TEAM
This subscription includes one 60-90 minute workshop per month, and you may choose the themes from my library.
The latter is recommended, as ongoing support is the most effective way to create lasting change.

Bring Emilie in for a single session, choosing a topic from my library – to guide your team through an experiential workshop. This is a great option for organizations who would like to see how the content resonates with the group before committing to a 6-month engagement.
6 monthly virtual
Ongoing engagement is crucial to effecting lasting change within organizations. This 6-month engagement allows your team members to practice new resilience skills each month, with continued support and opportunities to ask questions on their resilience journey. 60-90 min. session
Your team will be taken through a 60-90 minute experiential session, where they’ll be guided through brain training practices, given suggested tools to implement, and have the opportunity to ask questions.
Guided Audio Practices
Each workshop is accompanied by a downloadable guided audio practice for team members to use on their own following the session. This allows them to implement daily brain training and resilience tools easily.
Each monthly session will come with a mini brain training handbook, describing and summarizing the contents of the workshop. It will outline the principles, practices, and exercises, as well as the suggested daily practice for participants to implement.
Every workshop culminates in a suggested daily practice for participants to implement into their daily lives, following the session. Depending on the workshop’s theme, they may be given worksheets, journaling prompts, & other tools to support their resilience work.
