MEET YOUR GUIDE: Emilie Leyes is a certified hypnotherapist (CHt) and brain training specialist with a master's degree in Mind-Body Medicine. She is formally trained in positive neuroplasticity, positive psychology, and mindfulness techniques. Emilie is the host of the podcast, How to Like Your Life, the founder of the hypnosis app, Doddle. She is also an author with Penguin Random House; her upcoming book on self-hypnosis will be released in 2026.
