Emilie Leyes is a certified hypnotist (CHt) and brain training specialist with a master's degree in Mind-Body Medicine. She is formally trained in clinical hypnosis, integrative hypnosis, positive neuroplasticity, positive psychology, and mindfulness techniques.
Emilie is the host of the brain training podcast, How to Like Your Life, the founder and voice of Doddle. She is also an author with Penguin Random House; her upcoming book ("Hypnotize Yourself") on the power of self-hypnosis, will be released in early 2027.
