Most "self empowerment" programs out there focus on tools like affirmations and positive thinking, which doesn't speak the language of the subconscious mind. The subconscious mind learns from experience.

Practices that fit your schedule
Consistency is more important than perfection. Just like going to the gym, training the brain takes commitment, and at the same time I know how easy it is for life to get in the way of our self care. You might have kids, jobs, pets, responsibilities that pull your focus away from yourself. Some days, you might just not feel like it (and that's okay!!!).
For this reason, each weekly hypnosis session that you'll receive will come with a variety of time lengths: 3-5 minutes, 8-10 minutes, and 15-20 minutes, so you no longer have to take an 'all or nothing' approach to your mental health.

Registration gives you access to our next live cohort! Sessions take place every Saturday at 11am EDT starting on September 30th, with the last session concluding on November 11 (with a week off October 28th). If you cannot attend some or all of the sessions, not to worry! You can still access the replays and follow the program at your own pace.
You will have access to the course for an entire year!

Hi there! I'm Emilie✨ (pronouns she/her and they/them)
I'm a NYC-based brain training specialist & hypnosis practitioner with training in positive neuroplasticity, positive psychology, clinical hypnosis, and mind-body medicine. I help folks use mental practices (like the ones you'll learn in this program) to change their brain and body's response to stress, build confidence and creativity, and work toward their goals with a sense of joy and certainty.
